In the app: open Settings and tap Delete my account.
Without the app: email info@sustainabilitymarkers.com from the work address you sign in with, with “Delete my account” as the subject.
We delete your account, including your Microsoft sign-in, within 14 days and email you when it’s done. Encrypted backups keep a copy for up to about 40 days before they’re replaced. We keep only the record that your account accepted the Terms (which version and when), with no name or email. Your city’s dashboards and data are not affected.
